- Feel your feet on floor, sense of space around you

- Take three breaths letting eyes soften and adjust

- Notice your internal state - curiosity, overwhelm, anticipation

Notice: How gallery space affects your body, quality of light and silence, shift from outside world to art world

Why: Creates mindful transition, opens receptive state, prepares for deeper seeing

Slow Looking Practice (90 seconds)

What: Choose one artwork that draws you. Spend full 90 seconds with it:

- First 30 seconds: just notice colors, shapes, textures
