- Allow your breathing to find its natural, unhurried rhythm
- Soften your gaze or gently close your eyes

- Accept whatever emotions are present without judgment
- Observe your environment exactly as it is right now
- Feel the relief of not needing to fix or improve anything
- Rest in the sufficiency of this moment
Notice: How acceptance creates ease, the difference between fighting and flowing with current experience, spaciousness that emerges from non-resistance
Why: Serenity comes from harmony with what is, reduces internal friction, creates sustainable peace
Gentle Contentment (60 seconds)
What: Finding satisfaction in simplicity:
- Appreciate the basic comfort of being alive and breathing
- Notice small pleasures available right now (warmth, comfort, safety)
- Feel gratitude for the ordinary miracle of your body functioning
- Allow a gentle smile of contentment
- Rest in the quiet joy of simple existence
Notice: How little is actually needed for contentment, the sweetness of appreciating basic aliveness, warmth that comes from gentle satisfaction
